Job Overview
We are seeking a Software Testing Trainer to join our team in Madanapalle. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in software testing fundamentals and a passion for educating others in this field.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Software Testing Fundamentals (Mandatory skill).
- Experience in creating and executing comprehensive test plans.
- Capability to design detailed and efficient test cases.
- Knowledge of various test automation tools and frameworks.
- Proven ability to manage and track defects throughout the testing lifecycle.
- Familiarity with Agile Testing methodologies and practices.
- Skills in performance testing to ensure software meets performance criteria.
- Experience in mobile testing to validate application functionality on mobile devices.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training sessions on software testing fundamentals and advanced concepts.
