Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Python Trainer to join our team at CNR EdTech. This is a mid-level, full-time position located in Madanapalle. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The Python Trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality training on Python programming to our students, ensuring they are well-prepared for careers in the IT industry.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Python training sessions to students in various formats including lectures, hands-on labs, and workshops
- Design, develop, and update curriculum and teaching materials to reflect the latest industry trends and technologies
- Provide personalized assistance to students to help them overcome learning challenges and achieve their learning goals
- Assess student progress through examinations, assignments, and projects, providing constructive feedback
- Collaborate with other trainers and staff to ensure consistency and quality in training delivery
- Maintain a positive and productive learning environment for students
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Python programming and the IT industry to continually enhance training content
- Assist in organizing and conducting special training events, hackathons, and other student engagement activities
